My journey with yoga began lifetimes ago, but in this life, I rediscovered it in 2017, and it has been a key part of my daily practice ever since. Certified in 200h Sivananda (2022) and 300h Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (2024), deepening my path with knowledge and devotion.
Yoga is more than movement—it’s a gateway to inner peace, resilience, and self-discovery. Alongside my love for yoga, I have a deep passion for astrology, which I use as a tool for self-awareness and alignment.

I'm Mara, and this space is my heart project. Yoga found me in 2019 and forever changed my mind, body, and soul. It taught me to move and breathe with love, to find my center amidst life's dualities, and to walk this path in alignment with my soul’s purpose. I am deeply grateful to be guided by my beloved teachers, Corinne Lepage and Michael Gannon, in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya, K. Pattabhi Jois, and Lino Miele.
Yoga has given me so much, and part of this calling is to share it. So, here I am, offering from my heart.
