Moon Yoga Online

In this class, we invite stillness and depth, moving with awareness and ease. Rooted in the wisdom of Ashtanga but welcoming Yin and Hatha Yoga, we slow down, soften into postures, and cultivate a deep connection to breath, body, and presence.

With longer-held poses and mindful transitions, we allow the practice to unfold naturally—creating space to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with our inner rhythms. This is a practice of listening, of letting go, and of embracing the moon’s gentle energy.

Registration closes 60 minutes before class, giving me the space to prepare and attune to the energies we’ll share.
