
This one-on-one path is a quiet, supportive space for practice, integration, and inner listening.
Each 60-minute session unfolds around what is present for you, meeting you where you are.
My work is guided by meditation, yoga, inner inquiry, and the wisdom of plants as paths toward happiness, clarity, healing, and self-knowledge. Music, the female cycle, and the four elements quietly inform the space. Working with plant wisdom does not require the use of any plants in our sessions.
Sessions may include gentle movement, breath and meditation, reflective conversation, or somatic and inner exploration. There is no fixed structure. We move slowly, with care for your nervous system and your individual rhythm.
Sessions are offered online via Zoom or in person.
